Demonstrations and Cooking Courses

Jenny and Emma run a very successful catering business which they are now expanding to include courses and demonstrations.

The demonstrations are for those who are looking for inspiration and a re-vamp of their repertoire. Minimum class size of 4 and maximum of 12. Subject to cancellation if numbers not met.

Where - Red Pepper Catering - Damerel, Lane End Common, North Chailey BN 4JH.
When - 11am to 1pm.
What to expect - During the two hours, six or seven dishes will be demonstrated. You will receive a copy of each recipe to take home.
Afterwards - you will then be able to sample the dishes and enjoy a glass of wine. Further details will be provided at the time of booking. Maximum capacity 12 per demonstration.

Courses

The aim of these courses are to provide people with limited cooking experience the skills and confidence required to prepare a three course dinner.

Design your own Day or Weekend Cooking Course

Get a group of friends together, maximum 6, and come for a day, or stay for a weekend.

Ideally for those who want to produce a delicious meal for friends with minimum effort, or for those who are looking to try something new.

These courses aim to be fun, informative and informal. All meals will be included.
